Remebering “WHY”

I sometimes forget the why. We sometimes have tough weeks. As a small business owner, I get so wrapped up in the daily business that I forget why I left my steady, high paying, secure job. I forget what I saw in other shops that made me want to open my shop. I often forget what we built this business on, our culture and values. As I sit and reflect over a tough week we had, I need to remind myself of the why. My family started this shop to be able to give back to our community and make a lasting impact. We started this shop to clearly and ethically explain the services that were needed on a customer’s vehicle and not push them into a service that is not needed. We want to be able to help as many people as possible and I want to spend more time with my family and friends. We do things the right way because of our values and culture. American Tire and Automotive is different than most of the other shops and I am proud of that fact. We are here for the long haul and it is because of the WHY! AMTIREAUTO.com
